This year, we’ve partnered with Little Bellas to bring a girls clinic to Chattanooga this summer!
For many student-athletes, mountain biking is a new sport. Even the experienced riders can learn something new at a NICA rider camp and clinic, which emphasizes proper skill, technique and a healthy approach to riding and racing. Certified coaches and assistants provide spot-on training for students of all skill levels. We hope you will join us this summer! Details below!

- Times: 9 am -12 pm EST (ages 10-13) & 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm EST (ages 14 – 18)
- Location: Raccoon Mountain, Laurel Point
- Directions from Downtown Chattanooga: I-24 East to Exit 175, R on to Browns Ferry Road, L on to Elder Mountain Road, R on to TVA Access Road. Parking is available at Laurel Point.

DETAILS: Presented by NICA and Little Bellas, the Tennessee Interscholastic Cycling League will be hosting a mountain bike skills and rider clinic on Saturday, June 24 at Raccoon Mountain in Chattanooga, TN. No experience is necessary, new riders to the Tennessee League are welcome and encouraged to attend! The morning session, from 9 am – 12 pm EST will be for girls in the 10 – 13 age range. The afternoon session, from 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm EST will be for girls in the 14-18 age range. Please bring your bike and wear comfortable riding attire. Water and snacks will be provided. Questions? This skills and rider clinic is a fun way for girls, to learn and explore tactics, to ride trail more confidently and to receive expert feedback on how to have a successful racing season. From novice to advanced riders this clinic will improve your riding. Space is limited to 25 girls in each time block. Coaches and parents welcome! NICA Coaches who help out earn 2 Professional Development units toward your NICA coaching license.
