This season, we’ve partnered with Little Bellas to bring a girls clinic to our first race!
For many student-athletes, mountain biking is a new sport. Even the experienced riders can learn something new at a NICA rider camp and clinic, which emphasizes proper skill, technique and a healthy approach to riding and racing. Certified coaches and assistants provide spot-on training for students of all skill levels. We hope you will join us this summer! Details below!

DETAILS: Presented by Little Bellas, the Tennessee Interscholastic Cycling League will be hosting a mountain bike skills and rider clinic on Saturday, September 9 at Chickasaw Trace Park, Columbia, TN. No experience is necessary, new riders to the Tennessee League are welcome and encouraged to attend! The afternoon session will include all ages and abilities grouped in age ranges of 10-13 and 14-18, from 1 pm – 3 pm CST. Please bring your bike and wear comfortable riding attire. This skills and rider clinic is a fun way for girls, to learn and explore tactics, to ride trail more confidently and to receive expert feedback on how to have a successful racing season. From novice to advanced riders this clinic will improve your riding. Space is limited to 25 girls. Coaches and parents welcome to mentor! NICA Coaches who help out earn 2 Professional Development units toward your NICA coaching license.
